FP&A Manager Plymouth, Devon Competitive Salary Benefits Our client, a leading organisation in their sector, is looking to recruit an experienced FP&A Manager to join their finance team on a full-time, permanent basis. As FP&A Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in partnering with senior management to drive informed, data-led decisions across the organisation. You'll take ownership of the budgeting and forecasting cycle, deliver robust financial models, and provide clear commercial insight that directly supports strategic growth and long-term planning. The responsibilities: Oversee the annual budgeting cycle and rolling forecasts, ensuring deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with strategic priorities. Conduct scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis to test assumptions and provide actionable insights for commercial decision-making. Produce detailed monthly reporting packs for group level, including variance analysis and commentary on financial and operational performance. Analyse performance drivers to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, presenting recommendations to senior leadership. Build financial accountability across departments by partnering effectively with teams and presenting outcomes in a clear, engaging manner to both finance and non-finance audiences. The candidate: Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, CFA, or equivalent). Strong FP&A or commercial finance experience, ideally in a group or multi-entity environment. Proven background in leading budget and forecasting cycles, alongside strong financial modelling capability. Advanced Excel and systems skills (Oracle Fusion, Hyperion or similar highly valued). Commercially astute with excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
