Your new role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate leader to join our Leadership Team on a long-term temporary basis. You will be supporting adults with learning disabilities at residential care homes across Solihull. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality, person-centred care andpliance with CQC standards and organisational frameworks.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience with a Senior Support Worker or Deputy Manager position and be prepared to adapt to the needs of clients and the services moving across different sites reflective of their needs. As there will be travel involved, having access to a car with business insurance is desirable. As this role is working within LD settings, experience of supporting clients with learning disabilities is essential. A minimum qualification of NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care is essential and you will be required to have an Enhanced DBS with adult's barred list.
