About the Role: As a SEMH Teacher, you will plan and deliver lessons tailored to the needs of students, support emotional and behavioural development, and maintain a safe, structured learning environment. Qualifications: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience. - Experience supporting students with SEMH needs is desirable. - Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to adapt lessons to individual student needs and learning styles. - A compassionate, patient, and committed approach to student well-being and development.
