We are looking for two talented Senior Chefs to join our team at the hottest new opening in Witney, Oxfordshire.
Skatterlings is our lively new venue where we will serve serve the best cuts of meat in a South African braai style.
A South African braai is a social gathering centered around cooking meat over a grill. It's more than just a meal; it's a cultural event that brings people together for food, conversation, and fun. The word "braai" itself means barbecue or grill in Afrikaans, but the practice in South Africa is a deeply ingrained social custom.
We will serve lunch & dinner with a busy events and group bookings schedule including karaoke nights and much much more.
You must have at least two years of chef experience and we are looking to franchise so it's a great time to join us.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards according to menu specifications.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to food safety standards and regulations.
Support the owner Chris in menu development and daily kitchen operations.
Ensure consistency and efficiency.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative working atmosphere.
Experience and Skills:
At least two years of chef experience in a kitchen with high standards.
A team player with a passion for learning and development.
Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with staff.
