* Location: Chandler's Ford, Hampshire
* Type: Full Time / Permanent
* Salary: £25,000 - £28,000

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and support clinical and junior staff, providing education, training, and mentorship.
* Deliver evidence-based, effective patient care.
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care collaboratively.
Qualifications and Skills
* Registered HCPC qualification as an Operating Department Practitioner.
* Post-registration experience; Immediate / Advanced Life Support desirable.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, flexible and motivated.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, understanding the importance of continuity in patient care.
