The Opportunity Driving SQAs, regional pipeline generation and pipeline qualification, we are seeking Field & Campaign Marketing Executive to own the EMEA and APJ regions. As the primary marketing partner to Sales and BDR teams in these regions, you will execute regional programs that bring our Intelligent Change Management (ICM) narrative to life and convert interest into measurable demand. The role requires a growth mindset, a test-and-learn approach, and close collaboration with the rest of the Demand Generation and the Content teams to localise and scale campaigns across diverse markets. In this role, you will: Pipeline Ownership & Alignment Own regional SQA and pipeline targets for net new names and customers, aligning closely with Sales and BDRs on account priorities and follow-up Track performance in Salesforce and marketing dashboards for campaigns and regions, reporting on SQA quality, pipeline impact and ROI Align cross-functionally with Sales, BDR, Customer Success and Marketing Campaign & Program Execution Build and execute regional field plans—including target accounts, digital programs, webinars and events—to generate and accelerate pipeline Partner with Demand Generation and Content teams to develop and deliver integrated programs tailored to regional needs Localise global campaigns and content for EMEA & APJ, including managing translations and regional adaptations Event Management Manage end-to-end event execution across both regions, from planning through reporting Continuous Improvement Apply a test-and-learn mindset to continually refine tactics and improve conversion Is this opportunity for you? To help you establish whether this role is for you, these are the key foundational characteristics you will need to be set up for success: Experience & Background 3 years in field marketing, demand generation or regional marketing within B2B SaaS or enterprise tech Demonstrated success driving pipeline and SQAs in partnership with Sales Experience executing localised, multi-channel programs across multiple regions, ideally EMEA and APJ Experience with ABM, field events and integrated demand programs Demonstrable ability to pivot and prioritise in line with the needs of the business, potentially with experience of a start-up or scale-up environment Technical Skills Strong analytical skills with experience in understanding performance, and making and executing on recommendations Proficiency with Salesforce, Pardot and marketing analytics tools Professional Attributes Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills A growth mindset with the ability to experiment, iterate and innovate Desirable Skills: German proficiency is highly desirable for managing regional localisation and supporting DACH market needs What we do We enable every SAP-run business to manage change intelligently – no matter how complex their technology landscape.
