Role Purpose:
Support, deliver, and manage EDM software projects while training users and providing ongoing support. Ideal for someone with software/IT project experience looking to grow into project management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage projects and client communications
* Install and deliver EDM solutions to time, budget, and quality
* Train users and provide post-implementation support
* Troubleshoot software/database issues and perform root-cause analysis
* Maintain SLAs for support incidents
* Support pre-sales with solution design and quoting
* Identify improvements to delivery/support processes
Essential Skills & Experience:
* 2+ years installing/delivering software solutions
* 2+ years in software support roles
* Experience with T-SQL and database systems
* Experience managing projects with external stakeholders
* Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Desirable:
* Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-204)
* Exposure to EDM systems
* PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification
* Experience in software/IT project delivery
* Commercial awareness
