This is an exciting opportunity for someone to define, own, and execute a strong digital trading strategy. Passionate about digital trading, this role requires a hands-on approach to managing and leading a trading team. Joining during a period of high performance and significant investment into digital presents a great opportunity to contribute to the growth of the Frasers Group Customer Team.
You will manage our luxury brands such as FLANNELS, with full accountability for driving digital sales through strategic planning, initiative building, and operational execution of our digital fascias. Responsibilities include developing and executing campaign, brand, and promotional strategies, collaborating with digital marketing, commercial, and optimization teams to improve conversion rates and sales KPIs.
* Manage daily trading and execution of multiple websites
* Analyze trade data and produce action plans to meet sales and contribution targets
* Guide team analysis of seasonal sales patterns and customer behavior
* Plan digital trading calendar with stakeholders
* Lead on-site promotions and content activity
* Develop long-term trading strategies considering design and functionality improvements
* Coordinate with digital marketing to support product and trading strategies
* Ensure campaigns and promotions support KPI achievement
* Optimize product content and resolve issues quickly
People Management
* Demonstrate strong leadership and management skills
* Set objectives and development plans
* Build an effective, motivated team
* Contribute to overall digital strategy
* Represent the Digital Trading Team across the business
Requirements include valid UK work rights, strong analytical and reporting skills (Google Analytics, Contentsquare, Excel), experience with e-commerce platforms, and at least 5 years in a similar digital retail role.
