About the Role
Join a fast-paced, collaborative team where you’ll play a key role in managing loan applications from start to finish. You’ll work closely with brokers, clients, and internal teams to deliver a smooth and efficient lending process.
What You’ll Do
* Support loan applications by liaising with brokers, applicants, and third parties
* Prepare and maintain loan files, including checks and documentation
* Coordinate valuations and track application progress
* Issue loan terms alongside Sales and Credit teams
* Deliver excellent customer service at every stage
What We’re Looking For
* Strong communication skills and confident phone manner
* Highly organised with great attention to detail
* Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to learn
* Property or finance experience is a bonus, not essential
