There is also potential to work towards owning shares in the company for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to clients. Conduct fact finds and assess clients' financial circumstances. Source and recommend suitable mortgage products from a wide panel of lenders. Manage mortgage applications from initial enquiry through to completion. Maintain full compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures. Build strong relationships with clients, estate agency colleagues and lenders. Deliver excellent customer service throughout the entire mortgage journey. Proactive in closing deals. About You Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent). For the upper salary band (£40,000): Must hold all CAS qualifications. Minimum 5 years' experience as a Mortgage Advisor/Broker. Strong knowledge of the mortgage market and lending criteria. Professional, trustworthy and client-focused approach. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
