What we re looking for:
We welcome applications from candidates who have:
* A NEBOSH General Certificate
* Experience in a Manufacturing, Packaging, FMCG, Logistics, or Warehousing environment
* A proactive mindset and ambition to grow and develop within the Health and Safety field
As Health and Safety Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Leading and implementing a proactive HSE strategy across multiple sites
* Acting as a key member of the senior leadership team to drive the overall safety vision
* Coaching and mentoring teams to embed a culture of best safety practices
* Reviewing, developing, and implementing policies and procedures to elevate safety performance from good to excellent
* Managing accident investigations and identifying actions to prevent recurrence
* Partnering with operational teams to deliver continuous improvements in safety performance
