Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled IT Business Analyst to join our team in a fast-paced financial services environment. The IT BA will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technology team, gathering and translating business requirements into technical specifications. This role is essential for delivering technology solutions that align with business goals, regulatory requirements, and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with business users to gather and document requirements for financial systems and applications.
* Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement or automation.
* Work closely with developers, QA, and project managers to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.

Requirements:

* Strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory standards.
* Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
