Are you ready to take on a role that drives efficiency and innovation across multiple sites?
We’re looking for a Multi-Site Engineering Co-Ordinator to lead and develop our engineering spares and contractor controls, building synergies between sites to reduce stock holdings and contractor costs. This is a pivotal position that supports our business strategy to improve equipment reliability, safety, and operational efficiency.
What you’ll do
* Safety Leadership: Actively promote a safe working environment by monitoring contractors, ensuring compliance with site rules, and challenging unsafe behaviours.
* Statutory Compliance: Coordinate insurance inspections, manage calibration schedules, and maintain accurate records on CMMS (Agility).
* Purchasing & Cost Control: Monitor engineering spend, challenge costs, and ensure timely fulfilment of orders to minimise production impact.
* Contractor Management: Ensure all contractors complete compliance packs, are inducted, and supported for planned and emergency tasks.
* Stock Control: Build stock synergies across sites, maintain critical spares, and track repairs to minimise downtime.

* Strong organisational and analytical skills
* Effective communicator able to translate complex messaging
* Experience in engineering coordination, contractor management, and compliance.
* Ability to build relationships across multiple sites and suppliers.
* A proactive approach to cost control and continuous improvement.
