About the Role
As Head of Technology Performance and Governance, you will lead technology performance management, governance, compliance, reporting, and financial oversight across the Technology portfolio. You will ensure robust demand and supply management, effective control frameworks, and realization of technology investments and benefits in line with business goals.
You will oversee technology demand management processes, manage supply capacity planning and reporting, and ensure compliance with internal and external control frameworks. You will also support the development of policies and procedures to mitigate risk and strengthen operational excellence, and oversee technology budget planning, forecasting, and monitoring of performance against budget.
About You
You will bring a strong understanding of technology governance, control frameworks, and compliance, together with proven experience in financial management, budget control, and reporting. You will have solid expertise in supplier management and contract governance, and a track record of driving performance management through KPI development and reporting.
You will have the ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and effectively facilitate governance forums, as well as an analytical and data-driven approach supported by strong reporting and presentation skills. A degree or equivalent experience is expected, and professional qualifications or certifications in relevant areas will be considered advantageous.
