Electrical Project Manager

A leading M&E contractor renowned for delivering some of the most complex and high-profile projects across sectors such as healthcare, life sciences, and commercial - is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager. This position is to lead the electrical package on a large-scale Data Centre based in West London.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead delivery of the electrical scope, working closely with internal teams and coordinating with other disciplines and subcontractors.
* Manage electrical subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services and installations.
* Oversee all electrical interfaces across packages and workstreams, ensuring technical alignment and compliance with project specifications.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders including the client, design teams, and site teams.
* Identify risks within the electrical scope and implement mitigation strategies to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
* Support the project’s sustainability and carbon reduction objectives through active management of energy use, materials, and methodologies.
Package & Benefits:
* Basic salary: £90,000 - £100,000
* £5,000 car allowance

Requirements:
* Strong electrical engineering background, with a thorough understanding of electrical installation techniques, commissioning processes, and systems integration.
* Proven ability to manage electrical systems through design, installation, and commissioning phases.
* Experience managing complex electrical packages on major building services projects.
* Proficiency in construction planning, scheduling, and delivering work packages from pre-con through to completion.
* Sound knowledge of health and safety practices including electrical safety, working at height, fire safety, and site logistics.
* Strong understanding of quality assurance and commissioning protocols, including cause & effect testing, BMS integration, and IST processes.
* Relevant qualifications such as BTEC / HNC in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
* CSCS Card and SMSTS certification.
