You will supportexperienced Property Solicitors and manage a small team of Paralegals doing the same on a wide range of high-quality work.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating and supporting your supervising solicitor on active caseloads
* General administrative duties including opening and closing files
* Managing and mentoring a team of support staff
Typical matters you will work on include residential property transactions including:
* Freehold and leasehold
* Sales and purchases
* Transfers of equity
* Right to buy
To be considered, it is essential your background includes:
* 2 years or more of experience in residential conveyancing matters within a UK private practice law firm
* Experienced managing a small team of support staff
