The Senior Support Worker Role
As a Senior Support Worker, youll play a vital role in the wellbeing, safety, and daily lives of the people we support. Leading by example, ensuring exceptional care, and supporting both staff and individuals to thrive.
You Will:
* Support individuals in achieving their goals and living as independently as possible
* Assist with audits, checks and controls
* Lead by example and guiding Support Workers in best practice
* Encourage and implementing new ideas to enhance service delivery
* Promote dignity, respect, and emotional understanding in every interaction
About you
We’re looking for someone who listens deeply, understands emotions, and genuinely cares about making a positive difference.
* Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or complex needs
* Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care (or currently working towards it)
* A natural leader who can motivate and support a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
