This is care provided in the client's home. As a Draycott carer, you will provide care according to the client’s specific diagnosis and needs. Duties will include: Communicating effectively with the client and building a strong, lasting relationship Working closely with the wider Draycott Head Office support team to ensure the best service for our clients Keeping accurate, factual written accounts of your time with the client via our care management app An awareness of the client’s emotional and spiritual needs Observing and following Draycott Nursing & Care’s Health and Safety policy What about the role? As a carer with Draycott Nursing & Care, you will help with the day-to-day care of our clients in their homes, assisting with personal care, meal preparation & serving, daily activities, care plans, and lots more.
