Overview
Project Manager: Shell & Core - West London. Are you a highly experienced Project Manager with a strong Civil Engineering background? A fantastic opportunity has arisen to lead the shell and core package on a new build residential scheme in West London. We\'re looking for a dedicated professional with 10+ years of experience managing large-scale construction projects. You\'ll be responsible for the successful delivery of the project\'s structural frame, external envelope, and all associated primary services infrastructure.
Responsibilities
* Lead all on-site personnel and subcontractors, providing clear direction and ensuring optimal performance.
* Manage the project budget and schedule, ensuring all shell and core works are completed on time and within budget.
* Oversee the procurement of all necessary materials and equipment for the shell and core package.
* Implement and enforce the highest standards of health and safety on site.
* Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, including the client, architects, structural engineers, and local authorities.
* Develop and execute the project plan, identifying key milestones and critical paths.
* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and compliance with all specifications and regulations.
* Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and the client.
* Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements
* 10+ years of experience in a Project Manager role, specifically on new build residential projects.
* A comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies, building regulations, and project management principles.
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management).
* In-date CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid tickets.
