Responsibilities
* Greet clients with a warm welcome, in person or over the phone, ensuring they feel valued and cared for.
* Work with team members to determine the best optical solutions for clients, ensuring their needs are met with high-quality service.
* Deliver exceptional service at every step of the client journey, from initial consultation to follow-up care.
* Assist clients in selecting eyewear and provide expert advice on frames and lenses to meet client needs and preferences.
* Build strong relationships with team members, peers, and clients to foster a positive, cooperative work environment.
* Assist in managing stock levels, ensuring products are available and well-maintained.
Salary
£22000 – 24000 per year
