Company Overview:
Alipay+, a leading mobile payment platform, is part of Ant International, a global financial technology company. Ant International is headquartered in Singapore, with an office in London located in Tower Hill.
Responsibilities:
* Plan, design, and maintain the Alipay UK marketing platform to drive user engagement and increase platform traffic.
* Oversee brand POSM, including stock management, design coordination, and delivery logistics.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams—including middle-office, product, UED, and customer care— to align and execute business initiatives and marketing strategies.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with external business partners and vendors to implement campaigns and projects effectively.
* Conduct regular visits to key merchants and commercial areas to ensure an optimal Alipay in-store presence, deliver staff training, and collect real-time feedback.
* Generate innovative ideas and execute marketing campaigns specifically for the UK market.
* Complete individual tasks within the larger marketing plan as assigned.
Requirements and Skills:
* Experience: 3-5 years of work experience in a technology, payment, or fintech company, or in a related role; previous experience in tech or fintech is highly preferred.
* Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with tech products and payment platforms is a strong advantage.
* Retail Insight: A good understanding of the UK retail and luxury markets; existing connections within these sectors are a valuable bonus.
* Communication Skills: Strong professional communication and writing skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
* Project Management: Excellent project management abilities, including time management and organisational skills.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
* Marketing Experience: Previous experience in digital or online marketing and operations is beneficial.
* Design Skills: Experience with design software (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign) is beneficial.
Work Environment:
This position is based in our London office at Tower Hill, with an expectation of three office days per week.
Contract length: 12 Months

Candidates must be legally authorised to work in the United Kingdom and possess native or bilingual proficiency in Mandarin. The role requires a minimum of three years of relevant experience in a related position.
