Join a growing inspection & quality assurance team within a reputable multidisciplinary consultancy. Play a key role in maintaining high standards across residential, commercial, and refurbishment projects, with strong long-term progression as the business expands.
Your Role
* ▸ Undertake regular site inspections to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications & UK building regs
* ▸ Identify and report defects or deviations from agreed standards
* ▸ Provide technical guidance to contractors & project teams
* ▸ Produce clear and detailed inspection reports
* ▸ Liaise with clients, consultants & stakeholders throughout project delivery
Skills & Experience Required
* ▸ Proven Clerk of Works or site inspection experience
* ▸ Strong knowledge of UK construction techniques, building regs & H&S standards
* ▸ Ability to interpret architectural & engineering drawings
* ▸ Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
