Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Manager to oversee the daily and nightly operations of Red Lounge. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality or nightlife management, strong leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to maintaining both operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct regular stock takes and ensure accurate inventory management.
* Place and monitor stock orders to maintain adequate supplies.
* Handle cash transactions, reconcile tills, and oversee accurate financial reporting.
* Ensure the club is kept to a high standard of cleanliness at all times.
* Oversee general cleaning and hygiene protocols across all areas of the venue.
* Manage and supervise staff during nightly operations.
* Ensure smooth running of trade and resolve issues promptly.
* Work flexible and late-night hours as required.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in hospitality, bar, or nightclub management.
* Strong organisational and leadership skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
* Confident handling cash and managing stock efficiently.
* Ability to work late nights and adapt to changing operational demands.
