Our Wealth and Personal Banking business supports millions of individuals, families, business owners, investors, and entrepreneurs worldwide. We provide products and services including current accounts, credit cards, personal loans, mortgages, savings, investments, insurance, and wealth management. We also have specialized relationship managers for high net worth clients.
What will I do as a Wealth Manager at HSBC?
Wealth Management is a relationship-based service. As a Wealth Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of wealth clients, support their financial needs, and build lasting relationships. You’ll help clients grow, manage, and preserve their wealth, providing professional advice in a complex financial environment.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing and supporting a portfolio of high-value premier customers
2. Acting as a trusted adviser, providing holistic financial advice, and supporting clients through key life events
3. Conducting in-depth reviews to identify clients’ personal and financial needs
4. Advising on a range of products, including HSBC offerings and external partners
5. Delivering tailored solutions through effective communication
6. Monitoring information to assess risks and opportunities

What you’ll need to give us:
* Relevant Level 4 qualifications (Dip CII, CISI, or equivalent), and current Statement of Professional Standing
* CAS status is preferred
* Experience providing holistic financial advice across a range of products
* Previous roles such as Wealth Adviser, IFA, or Financial Planning Manager
* Experience in retail banking, relationship management, or front office environments
