We are looking for a Dental Nurse Manager to join our management team in the Public dental service. This is an exciting role providing leadership and management to a large dental nurse team within Fife.
Responsibilities
* Plan and train dental nurses and reception staff, ensuring their health and wellbeing.
* Manage the emergency dental service out‑of‑hour rota.
* Serve as the link between the nursing team and senior management.
Qualifications
* Qualified Dental Nurse with substantial experience at Senior Nurse level.
* Diploma level in a dental speciality advantageous.
* Management qualification or equivalent experience.
* Membership of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme required prior to appointment.

As from 1/4/26, the Agenda for Change full‑time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part‑time hours will be reduced pro‑rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.
