The Role:
As Pastry Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for:
Producing high-quality desserts and pastry items to specification
Working across pastry production for large-scale service and events
Maintaining consistency, accuracy and presentation at all times
Managing your section effectively with strong prep and organisation
Upholding all hygiene, food safety and allergen standards
Supporting senior pastry chefs and training junior team members
What Were Looking For:
Experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up
Background in hotels, fine dining, events or large-scale catering
High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Calm under pressure with strong time management
A professional, reliable team player
