Commercial & Customer Service Representative - Product Supply & Logistics — Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, office-based (Monday to Friday).
My client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial & Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will support commercial operations and customer service activities, ensuring the seamless distribution of products across the UK. The position involves regular interaction with key customers, external partners and internal teams, with a focus on delivering high-quality service, resolving issues efficiently and supporting data-driven supply decisions.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage customer communications (calls, emails, etc.), working closely with an external call centre service provider.
* Provide direct support and liaison with internal Sales Teams.
* Process supply orders accurately and efficiently.
* Deliver first-line administration support, including payment and accounting administration.
* Handle payment dispute resolution with professionalism and efficiency.
* Generate and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports using local systems, analysing data with tools such as Business Objects, Tableau, and Excel.
* Support and contribute to improvement projects that enhance the distribution of medicines across the UK.
