Responsibilities:
1. Handle referral and assessment casework.
2. Lead on Child in Need and Child Protection plans.
3. Support legal processes to secure a child or young person's permanence.
4. Provide quality monthly supervision through reflective, open, and strength-based support.
5. Co-work cases with key workers as lead social worker.
6. Support minute-taking of meetings with families and professionals.
7. Engage in teaching opportunities and masterclasses through partnerships with Bournemouth University.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Experience in referral and assessment casework.
* Experience in leading on Child in Need and Child Protection plans.
* Ability to support legal processes to secure a child or young person's permanence.
* Willingness to work in a hybrid model, including remote work opportunities.
