This is a key role for someone ready to drive performance, inspire a dedicated team, and elevate our success to the next level. The Role As a Branch Manager, you will: •Lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve and exceed targets. •Manage a small desk of your own, maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates. •Drive new business development across assigned areas and expand existing partnerships. •Oversee branch operations, including performance management, staff development, coaching and HR-related responsibilities. •Produce accurate financial reporting and work closely with Directors to deliver strategic goals. •Ensure all activity aligns with company policies, safeguarding requirements, and operational standards.
