School Administrator -Skelmersdale - £12.50-£14.00 per hour - Enhanced DBS ESSENTIAL (MATERNITY COVER)
Forrest Recruitment are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive School Administrator to work alongside a busy administration team. Our client requires someone with excellent business admin skills, you will play an integral part of the administration team.
As a School Administrator your duties will include:
* Handling calls, taking and recording messages and passing them on
* Handling and responding to emails
* Inputting data onto internal systems
* Meeting and greeting visitors
* Resolving queries
* Assisting with placing orders for school supplies
School Administrator working hours:
* Monday - Friday
* 8am - 4pm (1/2hr lunch)
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, will be able to hit the ground running and will work well individually as well as part of a team. Experience of working in a school as a School Administrator would be an advantage and an enhanced DBS certificate is essential for this role.
