🔧 Key Responsibilities:
* Manage internal IT support and help desk queries
* Oversee external IT service providers and contracts
* Lead and deliver IT projects that enhance organisational efficiency
* Develop long-term IT proposals and strategic plans
* Provide short training sessions to upskill staff
* Monitor project progress and budgets
* Support strategic planning and operational performance
🎓 Essential Criteria:
* Level 4 qualification in Business, IT Management, or related discipline and 1+ years' IT support experience
OR
3+ years' experience managing IT support
* Experience managing third-party IT service providers
* Strong project management and communication skills
* Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools
🌟 Desirable Criteria:
* Experience in budgeting and procurement
* Strategic planning and digital transformation experience
* IT training delivery experience
* Understanding of public sector governance
This is an office-based role at our Nutts Corner Training Centre.
