The Role:
* Supporting students in class and during activities
* Implementing personalised learning and behavioural strategies
* Encouraging communication, independence, and social skills
* Working alongside teachers to create an inclusive learning environment
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
* Has experience supporting children or young adults with Autism and associated difficulties.
* Is patient, compassionate, and understanding of children with Autism
* Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Enjoys working as part of a team and can adapt to the needs of each child
* Is committed to creating a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
