We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Hotel Manager to join our team. Duties
* Assist in managing daily hotel operations, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness are maintained.
* Supervise and train hotel staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.
* Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
* Collaborate with the Hotel Manager in implementing policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
* Oversee human resources functions, including staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and recruitment processes.
* Monitor inventory levels of supplies and amenities, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock levels.
* Assist in developing marketing strategies to promote the hotel's services and increase occupancy rates.
* Maintain knowledge of local attractions and events to provide guests with recommendations and information.
* Hands on approach leading the team from the front
Experience
* Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is essential.
* Proven experience in guest services, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
* Background in human resources management is advantageous.
* Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to cater to our diverse clientele.
* Strong leadership abilities with a track record of motivating teams to achieve high performance standards.
