Oxford Health - Contracts and Project Manager
Oxford Health is leading an exciting research project and seeking a dedicated Contracts and Project Manager to oversee a national multisite Randomised Control Trial (RCT) investigating Mentalization Based Treatment (MBT) for children and adolescents involved in violence and aggression.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across England, University College London, and the University of Hertfordshire, contributing to a pioneering investigation into talking therapy's effectiveness for children traditionally not offered such treatment.
Position Details
This is a 23-month fixed-term contract, available as a secondment for NHS trust employees.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement detailed project plans, ensuring all milestones are achieved.
* Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and incorporate feedback.
* Monitor project progress and make adjustments to ensure successful delivery.
* Prepare and deliver project reports and presentations.
* Support senior managers and clinicians with planning and project management tasks.
