---
We are looking for a People & Culture Administrator to join our team.
The on-target earning potential for this role is £32,150 per annum based on a 40-hour contract - comprising a base salary of £29,150, plus a qualified estimate of £3,000 in gratuities and service charge*.
Heres a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:
As a People & Culture Administrator, youll be a key part of ensuring every colleagues experience at Estelle is exceptional - from their first day to their last. Youll provide efficient frontline support across a wide range of HR activities, keep our people systems running smoothly, help deliver meaningful colleague experiences, and play an important role in maintaining compliance and operational excellence across the People & Culture team.
What youll do:
In this role, youll provide efficient frontline HR support, acting as the first point of contact for colleague queries and delivering high-quality administrative assistance across the People & Culture function. Youll prepare HR documentation, coordinate colleague experience activities, and manage benefits communication.
Youll lead the smooth running of onboarding and offboarding, including system setup, orientation logistics, compliance checks, leaver documentation, and accurate HRIS updates. Youll also maintain our digital people systems - overseeing Ask Joy (our virtual HR chat bot) managing HRIS records, supporting reporting cycles, updating eLearning and appraisal platforms, and ensuring data accuracy and GDPR compliance.
A key part of your role is ensuring regulatory requirements are met, from DBS and safeguarding checks to Right to Work monitoring and safer-recruitment processes. Youll also contribute to continuous improvement by streamlining processes and supporting wider P&C projects.
Across all areas, youll embody Estelle Manors values, maintain high standards of professionalism, collaborate effectively with all departments, and take a proactive, solutions-focused approach to supporting our colleagues and People & Culture team.
What youll have:
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at pace.
Proven experience in an administration role in a fast paced organisation with a HR administrative background preferrable.
A proactive, people-first mindset with excellent communication skills.
Confidence handling confidential information with professionalism.
Experience in HR administration or a transferable administrative background.
Comfort using HRIS systems, workflows and digital communication tools.
A collaborative approach with a desire to contribute to an outstanding colleague experience.
Whats in it for you?
At Estelle, we prioritise your well-being and growth, offering a range of perks to enrich your experience. Enjoy exclusive staff rates, biannual socials, and Birthday Wheel surprises. Nurture your well-being with stocked colleague spaces and daily Smart Fridges. Engage in forums shaping The Estelle Way and utilise the provided uniforms and onsite seamstress support. Join us for a fulfilling journey where you are valued, supported, and celebrated.
Here at Estelle, we want to create a unified culture and sense of belonging across both Estelle Manor and Maison Estelle. We have a range of perks and benefits:
Biannual company socials plus smaller social and sports groups.

Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our people strategy and culture.
A collaborative and supportive P&C team.
Professional development opportunities - including training support and CIPD pathways.
About gratuities & service charge:
Gratuities (tips) are paid on a pro-rata basis regardless of role.
In 2026, full-time employees can expect to receive approximately £3,000 in addition to base salary.
