As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with diverse needs and ensuring they have access to quality education. Key information: This will be a full-time role; it is essential that you are able to commit to working between the hours of 08:00 and 15:30 from Monday to Friday. This school is a mainstream secondary school, located in Stockport. In order to be a suitable candidate for this role, you will be required to provide a minimum of two employment-based references as well as be willing to undergo a fully enhanced DBS check. Salary- £410 to £500 per week. Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one support to students with complex disabilities. Assist in implementing Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs). Support the classroom teacher in creating an inclusive learning environment. Help students develop essential skills for daily living and social interactions. Collaborate with other professionals, such as therapists and educational psychologists. Requirements: Experience working with individuals with special educational needs.
