* Excellent starting salary at £41,500 pa
* Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm working hours

What does the Disability Assessor role involve?
The Functional Assessor role will involve you carrying out 5-6 client assessments per day. A typical day will see you carry out telephone, video or face-to-face assessments to understand how a persons disability or health condition affects their daily life. Youll listen to their experiences, ask questions and use your insights to produce a factual report to help the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) determine their eligibility for benefits. Thats the good news; the DWP make the final decision, you dont. Your role is to gather information and produce the report.
What we look for
* HCPC qualified Physiotherapist with 1 year or more broad post-registration experience
* Someone who is proactive and keen to learn
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Competent IT and computer skills
* Comfortable working with a diverse range of conditions, including mental health
