* Real estate finance transactions
* Corporate lending and acquisition finance
* Secured lending matters
* Refinancing and restructuring transactions
* Acting for lenders, borrowers, investors, and financial institutions
* Bilateral and syndicated lending arrangements
* Drafting and negotiating facility agreements and security documentation
* Intercreditor and guarantee arrangements
* Property finance and development finance transactions
* General banking and finance advisory work
* Business development and client relationship management
* Team leadership, supervision, and mentoring experience
Key skills and attributes:
* Strong technical Banking & Finance expertise
* Established Partner-level experience or readiness to step into a Partner role
* Existing following, lender relationships, referrer network, or demonstrable business case
* Proven ability to maintain and grow long-term client relationships
* Commercial awareness with a strategic and growth-focused mindset
* Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
* Excellent drafting, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
