Are you a technical expert in Anaerobic Digestion (AD) with proven leadership and management experience? This is an exceptional opportunity to step into a Plant Manager role, taking a key position at the heart of operations across multiple AD plants. You'll play a pivotal role in driving engineering excellence, operational efficiency, and long-term success across a growing portfolio of renewable energy sites.
This company is one of the largest operators of Anaerobic Digestion plants across the UK and has been growing significantly after its success in the sector. They are now looking for a motivated Plant Manager to join their expanding team.
In this Plant Manager role, you will be responsible for overall management across multiple sites, heading up the maintenance, HSE, team management, and more.
