You hold a formal qualification and/or have relevant experience, with a proven ability to manage your own caseload independently. What the Job Involves The Resettlement Caseworker is responsible for providing intensive support and advice to families arriving in Flintshire as refugees. The role includes managing a caseload, ensuring preparations for new arrivals, facilitating access to appropriate services, supporting families with necessary paperwork, and helping them integrate into British society. This involves coordination with strategic partners and participation in interagency meetings to enable vulnerable families to access integrated services. Additionally, you will keep accurate records and stay informed about legislative changes to aid your clients effectively.
