Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developement Manager to drive growth and expand our sales channels. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic business opportunities, and building long-term client relationships with bubble tea retailers, cafés, and distributors across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Growth & Business Development
* Define and execute a sales strategy to increase market share and revenue.
* Identify, approach, and convert new B2B customers, including independent bubble tea shops, café chains, and wholesalers.
* Optimise pricing, promotions, and incentives to drive higher order volumes.
* Develop long-term partnerships with key customers, securing repeat business.
* Utilise CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales performance.
2. Client Relationship Management
* Build strong, long-lasting relationships with bubble tea business owners, distributors, and franchise buyers.
* Understand customer needs and tailor sales solutions that support their business growth.
* Negotiate bulk supply contracts, ensuring profitable and competitive pricing.
3. Reporting & Sales Strategy Optimisation
* Regularly analyse sales data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
* Provide weekly and monthly sales performance reports to the Line Manager.
* Implement process improvements to streamline the sales pipeline and remove bottlenecks.
4. Industry & Market Awareness
* Stay up to date with bubble tea trends, competitor strategies, and customer demands.
* Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads and strengthen brand presence.
Requirements & Qualifications
1. Experience & Track Record:
* 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in foodservice, beverage, FMCG, or wholesale supply.
* Proven ability to drive revenue growth.
* Previous experience selling to cafés, bubble tea shops, or hospitality businesses is a plus.
2. Sales & Strategy Expertise:
* Exceptional negotiation, closing, and lead conversion skills.
* Experience in pipeline management, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and sales reporting.
* A structured, data-driven approach to sales strategy and business growth.
