Job Description
3. Evaluate business results against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and proposing improvements.
4. Benchmark key performance indicators (KPIs) across industry peers and internal sites
5. Build and assess financial models for multiple scenarios, with an emphasis on costing and profitability
6. Support management reporting, budgeting cycles and forecasting
7. Ensure data integrity through account reconciliations, variance reviews, and regular financial checks
8. Produce and deliver reports and presentations, sharing insights to senior leadership
9. Implement automation tools and process enhancements to drive efficiency
10. Deliver financial support across the UK and Ireland
The Successful Applicant
11. Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline (CFA, CPA, ACCA, or CIMA part or fully qualified)
12. Proven experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a similar finance role
13. Strong in financial modelling, forecasting, and data analysis
14. Excellent analytical skills with great attention to detail
15. Experience working with ERP systems to manage and streamline financial data and processes.
16. Ability to manage projects and communicate effectively with stakeholders
17. Strong problem-solving capabilities
