Home based Supervising Social Worker – Outstanding IFA
Salary between £35,000 – £42,130 per annum, depending on experience
NonStop Care is looking for a permanent Supervising Social Worker who can join a well established Independent Fostering Agency around the Bedfordshire and Peterborough areas.
You will be part of a not for profit Independent Fostering Agency with an Outstanding Ofsted rating.
They are a charity with a very good reputation, so you will be part of a very nice working environment.
This is a home based role offering you a lot of flexibility with your schedule. You will not be connected to an office, but you will work from home and just go out and do the visits.
Responsibilities:
The Supervising Social Worker will support and supervise about 10 foster carers located around Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire and Peterborough areas.
In this role, you will not be required to complete Form F Assessments, so you will only be supervising and supporting the foster families. This will allow you to have a more manageable caseload.
They are therapeutic also and they provide ongoing therapeutic training.

Requirements:
Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker and if you have experience in working in fostering. You must have a Social Work Degree and a driving license also.
