What’s on offer to the Key Account Manager Competitive basic salary Performance-related bonus scheme Commercial growth incentives Direct exposure to senior leadership Opportunity to work with major UK retail accounts Long-term career development within a growing business A chance to make a genuine impact within an ambitious and entrepreneurial environment The role of Key Account Manager Support and manage relationships with key retail customers Build strong working relationships with buyers and category managers Respond professionally and efficiently to customer requests Maintain regular communication to ensure projects stay on track Attend retailer meetings and product reviews Identify opportunities to increase sales and distribution Create and maintain retailer specifications Complete New Line Forms (NLFs) and onboarding documentation Coordinate product launches and updates Ensure customer systems are maintained accurately Work closely with technical, operations, marketing, and creative teams Support pricing submissions and promotional activity Support retailers with range reviews and product presentation Make recommendations to improve visibility and sales performance Help ensure products stand out both in-store and online Build strong relationships across buying, merchandising, and operational teams Visit customers regularly Deliver samples and product updates Act as a positive ambassador for the business Create strong customer experiences that strengthen partnerships Maintain accurate customer records and reporting Use internal systems confidently and efficiently Track customer actions and follow-up commitments Ensure deadlines are consistently met Support improvements to internal processes as the business grows The ideal candidate for the role of Key Account Manager Previous experience in account management, sales support, customer success, or retail account administration Confident using systems, spreadsheets, and customer portals Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Commercial awareness and proactive mindset Full UK driving licence
