Main Accountabilities:
1. Site planning: Plans on-site project activities related to the assigned discipline with Site Manager or Site Construction Manager, including necessary local resources, equipment, and milestones. Coordinates agreement between customer and external resources on installation/construction targets, health and safety requirements, site organization, and policy.
2. Site coordination and monitoring: Responsible for coordinating all on-site activities related to the assigned discipline, from receiving the site area from the customer or Project Manager to handover. Ensures successful execution of start-up, installation/construction, erection, testing, and commissioning activities in line with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements.
3. Stakeholder relations: Builds and maintains effective relationships with customers and other local organizations as a project representative.
4. Health, safety, environment (HSE), and project security: Ensures a detailed and up-to-date construction H&S plan is in place for each work package, compliant with company policies. Promotes health and safety awareness among on-site resources, and has the authority to suspend activities in case of HSE violations. Manages proper handling, storage, and installation of equipment, coordinating logistics to ensure timely delivery.
5. Sub-contractors: Manages on-site sub-contractors hired by ABB to ensure quality and progress meet standards and delivery deadlines.
6. Site cost management: Monitors project site work costs, compares actual spend against forecasts, estimates final costs, manages petty cash, and handles local purchasing within delegated authority.
7. Documentation: Maintains and updates all project documentation, ensuring latest revisions are used on-site.
8. People leadership and development: Organizes, staffs, and guides the team, conducts performance reviews, and coordinates local site facilities and logistics.

Supervises a team in executing tasks within an area of responsibility, ensuring proper work assignment and performance management.
We seek candidates with several years of experience as a Site Supervisor, with strong skills in Site Management, HSE, Environment, Quality Assurance & Control, Installation Works, and basic knowledge of Commissioning and Civil Works.
