The Role:
We are looking for a candidate that can make their mark and achieve category growth and brand credibility. Here’s how:
* Proactively manage relationships with key retail accounts to become the preferred category advisor.
* Deliver best-in-class category management by driving growth and optimising the product range.
* Initiate and lead retailer-specific category projects, including range reviews
* Support promotional planning and evaluate activity for maximum ROI.
* Provide actionable insights from data analysis and shopper behaviour trends.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement bespoke customer plans.
About You:
* Proven experience in category management within major retail environments.
* Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with expertise in tools like Nielsen and IRI.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
