About Our Nursery
Busy Bees Thurstaston is an Ofsted-rated "Good" nursery with a capacity of 86 children. The purpose-built setting features rooms for toddlers and preschoolers, an outdoor area, and an off-site Forest School. Location details and nearby transport options are available. Staff parking is free.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the Centre Director in overseeing daily operations and maintaining educational standards.
* Help develop and deliver an engaging, high-quality curriculum for children.
* Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold safety and health standards.
* Provide leadership and mentorship to staff to maintain a cohesive team.
* Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and a positive centre experience for families.
* Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling, payroll, and recruitment.
* Help manage operational records and support financial planning for sustainability.
Ideal Candidate
* Approved Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
* Experience in an early years setting with leadership or supervisory experience (ideally as Assistant Nursery Manager or Deputy Nursery Manager).
* Track record of ensuring educational excellence and curriculum development.
* Strong communication and organisational skills with a focus on teamwork.
* Experience in regulatory compliance and health and safety protocols.
