Sales Administrator required in North Nottingham

Monday - Thursday: 7:30am-4:15pm and Fridays: 7:30am-12:00pm
SF Recruitment are currently supporting a well-established business in their search for a Sales Administrator to join their growing team.
Due to a surge in international sales, this is a fantastic time to join. You'll play a key role in supporting their global sales activity, working closely with colleagues across various departments to ensure the smooth processing of customer orders from enquiry through to completion.
What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting the Sales Office Manager and International Sales Team
Handling inbound customer enquiries and providing excellent service
Creating accurate customer quotations based on input from internal design teams
Liaising with mechanical and electrical design teams to confirm technical specifications
Preparing and processing customer orders using SAP
Ensuring all CRM records are accurately maintained
Collaborating with wider teams including sales, design, and production
Skills required:
Previous experience in a sales support, administration, or an order processing role
Confident communicator, able to deal with both internal teams and customers professionally
Great attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Comfortable using CRM systems (experience with SAP, Salesforce or similar is ideal)
Able to thrive in a busy office environment and enjoy working as part of a small team
Flexible and happy to support across different sales areas as needed
