We are now recruiting for a Timber Frame Panel Maker to craft and assemble softwood timber panels to exacting standards.
You will work hands-on with quality materials, interpreting technical drawings and contributing to the production of bespoke structures built to last.
As our Timber Frame Panel Maker you will be responsible for:
Reading and interpreting technical drawings
Selecting, preparing, cutting, shaping and assembling softwood components
Using hand and power tools with accuracy and care
Working collaboratively with other team members
Maintaining a tidy, safe working environment and follow all safety procedures
Remaining flexible within a fast-paced production setting
In order to be successful in this role you should have:
Experience as a Timber Framer or similar role (preferred)
Strong understanding of carpentry techniques and materials
Confident using hand and power tools
Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
Physically fit with good manual handling ability
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Self-motivated and committed to producing high-quality work
