We're looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our client's Customer Service Team in Derby. In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly, working closely with customers, suppliers, managers, and operatives to ensure services are delivered efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standards. What You'll Be Doing Scheduling customer appointments and proactive works Liaising with customers and stakeholders to ensure work is completed to quality and compliance standards Keeping customers informed every step of the way, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction Meeting agreed service levels and company standards Identifying opportunities to improve processes and contributing ideas in team meetings Managing and adapting workflow to meet changing priorities What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you'll need: Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office The ability to stay calm and focused in a busy, fast-moving environment Excellent communication skills with experience managing customer expectations Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Experience working towards service levels and individual targets Why Apply?
